To Celebrate Women, we bring to you Natasha Afiqah, a strong and beautiful poet, we got to meet through our work with Stand Up Malaysia. A live performance by Natasha touched our hearts and souls, and we were inspired to share her impelling poem – a message to “My Dear Girl” Being a woman is about yearning, Being a woman is about overpowering the longing of equality, Being a woman is about the yearn for a fair and equitable world. My Dear Girl, I will not fear anymore, because you are strong. You rise every time someone tries to bring you down, you grow louder when they tell you to quiet down, you are brave, you stand on your beliefs no matter what people say, YOU are truly magnificent.
